Waiting For Your Arrival, Little Prince @ 5/03/2007 01:57:00 PM
Everyone has done their update on my little precious baby boy, I think as the mother-to-be, I should do my job to do my posting too. I should erase all unhappy memories and move on....Nope, it should not be move on. It should be "erase all unhappy memories and look forward to the arrival of the little prince" :D
The previous month was indeed a rather unbearable one. We were all riding roller-coaster all that while. First something bad, then something good, then something bad again....one after another and it was rather tormenting for all of us. Thankfully, I really have a wonderful hubby, my family and not forgetting my relatives who stood by me and making sure that they do not leave me in the lurch one single moment. They supported me when I need some words of encouragement and stayed by my side without saying a single thing when I just need a shoulder to cry on. Honestly, without them, I might have lost myself totally. Once again to all of you, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Without anyone of YOU, I would not have survived this ordeal myself. Everyone did all the could, either physically or emotionally, to help me. I am full of gratitude to every single one of them.
Anyway, after riding the roller-coaster for a while, I have finally touched ground. No longer in the mid-air, no longer feeling the insecurity. My OB has given me good news finally. Luckily, we run through tests after tests to determine the final results.
MY BABY IS SAVED! I was really really very happy when I got the news! Immediately, I sent out messages, made phone calls to everyone to tell them this very good news. Everyone felt so happy for me, too! There were laughters amidst tears. That is really a day worth celebrating! My prayers have been answered! All that have been done really turn out to be worthwhile. And most importantly, it also shows that my little prince has fought alongside all these while too! He has been very brave and with his little might, he shows us that though he is small, never belittle his strength. Darling, you have done so well and we are all proud of you :D
Being an obedient pregnant lady shows it pays off, too! I did all I can to replenish myself with food, tonics (brewed by my mummy, my mother-in-law and my cousin D) and water. The check-up yesterday shows good result again. Amniotic fluid has increased again and baby is growing well enough. According to the OB, thing is looking good and proceeding smoothly.
Approx. 3 more months to go. I will continue to be 'obedient' and persist til the end of this whole pregnancy, for the sake of my little prince. Darling, will you join us in this world on National Day????? ;)
