 We, the Cha Bohs of Seow, Tan, Yeo (or Yang) with 2 small kids @ 8/18/2008 11:41:00 AM Sad...:( cos i missed Part I of the gossiping session they had that happened on Friday (or should I say Saturday wee morning?). They went to watch the movie '12 Lotus' and I had so much wanted to join them but then I just can't bear to leave my DenDen alone at home. Well, not exactly alone but with my hubby actually. He was really sweet to have offered to look after DenDen so that I could have a 'chill-out' with all the cha bohs. Still, I decided to be a good wifey and stayed home instead and gave that session a miss. They were superb ah! After the movie, they continued chatting all the way til 5am. Hahahahaha...they had such a good time that all of them kind of overslept and ended up, I was the first to arrive at my Ah Khim's place for the 7th Month praying.
The day spent at Ah Khim's was like any other usual gathering which means laughter and laughter and more laughter. At night, while the rest had their usual mj session, those left not playing, decided to go Pasar Malam. My mum, Nic, Doreen, Eve, DarDar, DenDen and myself went and guess what???? Yes, we bought tonnes of food back!!!!! Hahahahah...we literally stuffed ourselves with those food that we bought but hey, eat first then diet lah....Right boh?
On Sunday, DenDen's Fav Yi-Yi called to say meet up with her and the rest of DenDen's Ah Yi-s to have Mac breakfast, actually is lunch lah. Ok, I am sure DenDen love the meeting up so we went and waited for the cha bohs of the Yang family to get ready. Who knows? *Lightning strikes, Thunder Roars*....NO MACDONALD!!!!! Hehehehe, we decided to skip the Mac for now and go shopping. YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!! Shopping!!!??? I love SHOPPING! I love SHOPPING! I love SHOPPING!
Called my mum and bro to join us and met up at Bugis. When cha bohs meet together, they simply have no ends of topics. We chatted, we shopped and actually, we did not shopped much honestly. We just stopped at a few places but that few places, we stopped long enough to make the sales promoters real happy. In fact, after serving us, they can sit and shake legs liao.
Thanks Nic...for sending us home though she was in a hurry to go somewhere else. With her Vrrooom Vrrooom...we reached home pretty fast. Fast enough to manage to catch the live telecast of the table-tennis played by Singapore vs China. Though we know China is on the winning end but still we Singaporeans were rooting for the players. And yes, we did not emerge as the Champions but we did get a Silver still. Hey, SILVER, you know? Not easy also ok? They are already the winners in our heart. I am sure all agree.
Before I end this, this portion is specially dedicated to 老板娘. Should she read this, I am sure she is going to curse and swear again liao....but 来啦，this is something that should be joyous mah. She has once again proven that she has the materials to be a boss. Apparently, she has taken over a stall selling economical rice. She has promised it will be FOC for us all should we pratronise her stall. Maybe I should consider having my lunch, dinner there everyday....Wow! I am going to save alot mann! Yeah, bring DenDen over also, then my mum can save quite a bit also. Good! That shall be it! :D
