 Very Tired.....But Worth It @ 5/08/2006 12:29:00 PM
the 2 darlings were so happy when we told them we might bring them out on labour day...but...something cropped up thus we were not able to keep to our promise. we felt bad especially when we remembered how happy they sounded when we told them we would be bringing them out. my sis felt that we should not break promises to kids thus we arranged to bring them out last sat.
they jus woke up from their afternoon nap and were slightly grouchy when we went to their house. we were even thinking that we might hv to call off our shopping as the girls seemed rather reluctant to go out with us. i felt abit half-hearted actually...welllllll....ginger, the spicer the better (jiang hai shi lao de la)...i really gotta kowtow to my sis. jus a little pacifying to the girls and it was done!!!!! we are ready for shopping...cool, right?
we brought them to jurong point...had our dinner at pizza hut. they are simply adorable! girlie wanted to taste every food that was served but then.....she can't finished them...gobbled down her food and abit boyish in her actions....:)...as for her sister, she is more careful with her selection. she only asked for food that she wanted and she would finished up everything. she sipped her soup carefully, making sure she doesn't spilled them, slowly chewed her food....so lady-like....hahahahahahahahah....:D....they are so different from one another.
a little situation occured!! that was when my husband appeared!!
it was ok initially but then....probably the young girls don't share the same kind of humour as my husband thus they were frightened of him and ended up crying....it was really not his fault but then being an adult, i feel that he should act magnanimous. he should at least try to pacify the girls. instead, blackie virus overcome him suddenly and he jus kept quiet and allow the girls to drop tears...sigh....da ren yin gai you da liang mah....:(
my sis and i quickly calm the girls down and tried to divert their attention to other things so they would stopped crying. thank goodness! they stopped crying after a short while and we started on our shopping spree....wellllllll...not really OURS but jus THEIRS......:(....i did not get to buy anything for myself.
we bought a water-bottle for girlie, her sister had a minnie mouse, my sis got herself a pair of shoes and a bag while my brother's girlfriend had a pair of shoes also....me???? i got nothing....wellllllll...just as well....save $$$$ lor.
after all these shopping, we brought the girls home. tell u, i was totally bushed! probably, it was because i had running nose thus i felt extra extra tired.
i grumbled to my sis saying i was having second thoughts about raising my own. it is really not easy being nanny, you know? you gotta take good care of the kids, make sure they eat well, eat enough, not too much, don't overstuff themselves, do not get hurt etc etc etc etc.......
but then, after sending the girls home, looking at them smiling happily and enjoyed the 'excursion', i think otherwise again....i would want to have my own kids, i would want to raise them because i believe that all weariness, all hardwork, they would become very fruitful and when you see the kids smiling happily and thanking you for each and everything you have done for them, be it small or big.
that was how i feel at the end of the day......after sending the girls home.
that is why, i tell my husband, i wanna have my own kids.....not one, not two but FOUR....because, one seems too lonely, two seems too few, three seems odd.......thus FOUR is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :P :)
don't you think so????? i know people would regard me as crazy but then......it's my life....so i take control of it and do it the way i want....don't you agree?????
